I live in the state of Florida in the court system is so different from the federal system.

I think that Florida is a strict state when it comes to certain crimes that are committed and the

court system gets involved. In Florida the structure of the state court is setup in 20 judicial

circuits which there is a state attorney that represents the state in the prosecution of state law

violations in either county or circuit courts....
